Made to Order

Every Tourist Fashion product is made to order. This means we don't hold pre-made stock — your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow for production time before your order ships.

Production time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation. This applies to all products, including hats, tees, bags, and outerwear.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days production + 9–14 business days transit
  • Total estimated timeframe: 10–17 business days from order date
  • Shipping carrier: Australia Post / Sendle (tracked)
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days production + 9–14 business days transit
  • Total estimated timeframe: 10–17 business days from order date
  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer
  • Tracking is included on all international orders

As a made-to-order brand, we prioritise quality and craft over speed. Your patience means your piece is made fresh, just for you — not pulled from a warehouse shelf. During high-demand periods (new drops, holidays), production times may extend slightly. We'll always communicate any delays via email.
